Bremer Bay is a coastal hamlet located on the south coast of Western Australia in the Great Southern region. Bremer Bay is positioned between Albany and Esperance, at the mouth of the Bremer River and is situated 500km southeast of the state capital Perth and 180km east of Albany.
Bremer Bay sustains a permanent population of 500 people but experiences a significant surge during holiday periods, with the number swelling to many thousands.
It is a sought-after holiday destination and the picturesque coastline attracts visitors who enjoy camping, swimming, fishing, and surfing. The area is also home to the UNESCO Fitzgerald River National Park, offering natural beauty and diverse ecosystems.
